Ben apparently knows how to undo snaps. I usually give Ben my house keys to play with while I'm driving (obviously an unsafe thing to do) to keep him entertained and not screaming at me. That red pouch things snaps closed and I have a few coins in there for use in the shopping carts at the grocery store. Today when I turned around, Ben was playing with the money-- putting it in and out of the red pouch. I think he learned it from his babyfriend Catherine last week!
Here's a picture of a squirrel! I have never seen a squirrel in our neighborhood and when I looked out the window during car naptime, there he was munching away! Ben takes his afternoon nap in the car because he refuses to do it in his crib anymore-- I have no idea why. We thought this meant he was ready for one nap, but that was a no-go, so it's back to napping in the car. He doesn't sleep that well but at least he does which has him back to sleeping through the night and taking a semi-decent morning nap.
